Section, Scrolling and Zooming

A Samplitude project contains a lot of graphical information: Objects with their waveform representation, automation curves, markers and much more. An overview of the entire project is needed just as much as an exact representation of the fade-in of a single object.

The part of the project in the project window that is visible at the same time is called the section, and the size of the display of this section is called the zoom level. Changing the zoom level is called zooming.

Moving the visible section is called scrolling.
